I have a 1986 GMC pick up with 120,000 miles, F/I with a 305.I do not have 12vdc to the pump, I checked the wire from the ECM to the relay with ignition on and have no voltage, I do have battery voltage on the relay. Is there a sensor that would keep the ECM from sending the voltage, or anything else to check? Is it possible to bypass the ECM and power the pump from elswhere?
