Is ethanol free fuel also called pure gas safe for my vehicle

Most gas today is either E85 which your drivers book should tell you fi you can use it that is 85% alcohol and 15% gas. Moost fuels in different areas of the country has 10% alcohol in it. If it is pure gas with no additives like alcohol it wil be safe to run it in your vehicle.
