I have a shuttering, shacking coming from the rear of the truck when a reach freeway speeds of 60-75mph if I drive faster is lightens up. I have purchased new Michelin cross-terrain tires and had them balanced and installed. Even after this I can still feel the truck shaking or shuttering from the rear. The dealership installed a new drive shaft and the issue is still there. I dont hear any excessive road noise coming from the truck.
Thanks.

I will assume they replaced the universal joints with the driveshaft. Are you sure the rear is the problem area? When it shakes, do you feel it more in the steering or the seat and floor?

When it shakes I feel it in both the steering wheel and in the seat and floor. Could this be caused by a bad shock? Removed both front wheels to check the rotors and I noticed the Front drivers side shock is leaking?

If you feel it in the steering too, it could be coming from the front. The description sounds just like tire balance since you can drive through it. Were the wheels checked to see if there were any that were bent?

It tested this by removing the Spare tire and installing it on all four wheels. Testing after each swap and the shuttering shake was still there.

Check for bad CV joints and U-joints.
