where is the original ground location for the steering column? Required to operate horn.

It is all part of the 20 wire harness coming down the column as the ground is not actually on the column it self. So if you would like to test the horn then get back to me and have a test light and a digital multi meter and we will run a couple of test. There is one ground that comes off the horn itself.
