1991 Geo Metro Shakes at low RPMs

Shakes or Wobbles problem
1991 Geo Metro Front Wheel Drive Manual 29000 miles

I just Bought a 91 geo metro from a shady guy on Craigslist. The car does fine when idling then shakes when I start to accelerate then is fine again as soon as i get it past the initial start. it isn't the wheels as it still happens when I'm parked and revving the engine. it doesn't appear to be causing any problems as of yet but i would like to stop it before it does. Any information on what it could be would be helpful.

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
