Gases through coolant

I am experiencing gases through coolant system. when I bleed air gases coming out and bubbling in expansion tank stops have tried steel seal and no visible leaks radiator. pipes get hot as they should. oil is as good as it should be. no leaks or discoloration.

I've never know a 'mechanic in a can" to ever work.
You most likely have a blown head gasket, stuck thermostat or something like that.
Remove the thermostat and see if this steam goes away. It appears the engine is overheating and when you open that bleeder you get steam or boiling coolant/water.
If it still steams like that after the thermostat is out, you may have to replace a head gasket.
