Gas pedal stops working while driving?

This usually happens after driving the car for 20-30 minutes when it is hot. The accelerator pedal stops working and will not accelerate the car forward, unless you pump the gas pedal. If you push down on the gas pedal, it will accelerate momentarily, then stop accelerating, no matter how far down you push the gas pedal. To drive it you have to continuously push down on the gas pedal and basically pump it over and over. This does not happen in reverse. I already replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel regulator. Please help

So, it sounds like the car is going into limp mode which can be attributed to the throttle body or the accelerator sensor, to see what's going on let's run the codes.
