fuel tank selector switch located under the radio

How do I remove/replace the fuel tank selector switch? I cannot figure out how to gain access to it. The panel has to be removed in order to get the switch out. I removed the a/c heater controller and the trip controller but still cannot see a way to get to the switch.

1. Remove &C control knobs.
2. Remove radio knobs and radio control panel.
3. Remove special nuts behind A’C knobs, securing A’C control panel.
4. Slip AC control panel backward and lay it down.
( There are fiber optics connected to AC control panel. Handle with caution.)
5. Remove two screws securing upper switch panel.
6. Lower panel to gain access to switches.
7. Remove multiconnector from switch.
S. Depress spring clips securing switch and push switch through panel.
9. Reverse steps to refit.
