Depending on how they cleaned the throttle body, this might be something they caused. If you did not have any issues until it left the shop, they may have used an improper solvent to clean the throttle plates. Some solvents can cause damage to the motors that move the throttle plates. There are some also where the throttle plates are not supposed to be moved or forced open by hand because of the electronics inside. I do not see any warning like this for your vehicle, but it's possible. I would make them give you a record of the exact codes they found when they scanned the vehicle. You should not have to pay for their mistake. When replacing the throttle body on these the module that controls the throttle body needs to be replaced with it (the TAC). It's not a cheap part. So, don't let them take advantage of you.
