What's the question? Chrysler's fuel pressure regulators have had an extremely low failure rate. Same with most other car brands. If you have fuel leakage around the engine, look at the rubber fuel lines that run between the body and the engine to see if they're dry-rotted and cracked. If you smell gas only when the engine and outside air temperature are real cold, suspect the rubber o-rings the injectors are clipped into have shrunk. If a steel fuel line is rusted through, you'll see and smell gas along the right side of the van.
