Fuel pump working but no pressure?

So, my vehicle won't start; the full pump comes on but there's no pressure. I've changed the filter. What else could it be?

What's the history that led up to this? Did the engine stop running while you were driving? If it did, how did the engine act? Did it just stop as though you turned the ignition switch off, or did it sputter and surge for a while first? How do you know the fuel pump is running, and how long does it run when you turn the ignition switch to "run"? Have you checked for spark? If you need help with that, check out this article first:
