First off, I did a no no, I set a bag of sack Crete on the hood, shorted out battery cloud of smoke under hood. Replaced all of the ground wires I could find and got it to turn over again, Yet I cannot get the fuel pump to come on, checked relay, EFI fuse, even jumped the relay so it would stay on if I did get power to the blue wire at the pump connection. The pump does work when I run a hot wire to the blue wire terminal on the plug. So I figure that would mean that the ground wire to it is okay. Is there another relay somewhere else to check besides the one under the hood? Or another fuse besides the EFI one in the same box under the hood. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Check all your fuses using a test light and make sure test light is lighting up. Also do a key on engine off and verify the check engine light bulb comes on. If it does not then your computer is not coming on or bulb is out. At that point installing a scanner to see if you can communicate with the computer would be the next step. If no communications then you would need to see if you have all your power and grounds to the computer. If all is okay you may have fried the computer.

I would recommend you take it in to an electrician to see if any other wires are burnt up.
