battery drain

my battery keeps getting drained and every thing is new, starters new, battery is new. could it be the fuel pump?

First you need to describe the symptoms and observations. That will help us determine if the battery is not being recharged after starting the engine, or if something is draining the battery when it sits for hours or days. You should also do the preliminary charging system test by measuring the battery's voltage, first with the engine off, then with it running. Post those numbers in your next reply.
