Fuel pressure?

What is fuel line pressure on Toyota 1999? My car was parked for few weeks with no problem then when I wanted to start it, didn't start we checked everything that May course that everything seems are ok then there is possibility fuel pressure isn't enough, please tell me what pressure should be?

Here is a guide to help you get the fuel pressure reading. 44 - 50 psi
