I've replaced all the spark plugs, their wires, distributor cap and rotor, exhaust manifold gasket, a fuel line, fuel filter, vacuum lines, fuel injector, a throttle body repair, and texted many sensors. But, it still doesn't seem to want to turn over. I tried replacing the pump, but I couldn't get to it since the lock ring was stuck due to rust and it really didn't seem bad and was giving out pressure since it would still start from time to time, but not consistent or without a great deal of work. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Have you done a compression test on your vehicle lately? I have included a couple of links below for you to go to:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/symptoms-of-low-compression
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-engine-compression

The reason I am having you check your vehicle's engine compression is because an engine has no choice but to start if three things are present. 1) Fuel. 2) Spark(delivered at the proper time). 3) Compression. If your vehicle's engine compression is borderline then it might make starting intermittent. Please go through the guides and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
