I doubt it. You need an ignition source in the exhaust to ignite the unburned fuel. They make those kits and they are not hard to install. If you increase your fuel pump and injector size, it is most likely not going to give you the result you are looking for. The PCM will shorten the pulse width of the injector to compensate. Also, just adding more fuel doesn't mean you are going have more fuel in the exhaust. Just means you are going to have a larger combustion. If you get too much then you can actually damage the engine because it won't atomize.
Best bet and easiest way is to get one of those exhaust flame kits. Just keep in mind they are not exactly legal in many areas of the US.
