Just to jump in on this, it normally says on the bottle, how many gallons of fuel the bottle will treat. However, it is not that big of a deal to do it one time if you don't have the proper amount of fuel in it.
Basically, if you had 3/4 of a tank then you are fine.
As for this issue, if you have a misfire after changing the plugs and coils, then I suspect you have a faulty plug or coil.
So, if you have the old parts then I would suggest changing them out starting with the coils as that is the likely care on this.

I would suggest changing out one coil at a time to make sure you find the faulty part.
Also, you can unplug the coils one at a time. When the engine does not appear to run any differently than that is likely the cylinder that is misfiring.
