Fuel injection and fuel delivery problems

I have the truck listed above with a 5.0 EFI. I have to keep it idled up to stay running. Just about every sensor, EGR etc. Are new. I am down to injectors and back to plugs. The plugs and wires are/were new when we put the newly rebuilt engine in. What is the pounds per hour for the injectors? When looking them up Ford says 19, then I call and the parts guy says 45. Holley makes injectors from 12 -66 pounds an hour. I do not want to waste gas, but I want this little truck to move on out when I step on it! What is your advice? I have been working on this thing for years. I want it to run well for my son who is about to graduate.

Hey Andi

Please remove the EGR valve and see if you can blow through it. Here is a video that will show you how to test it.

Ok. That didn't work. It has a new RGR, MAP sensor, position sensor etc. The only things that are not new on this is the TAB/TAD and the injectors. How do I test the injectors?

Check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent it then check for a vacuum leak. don't worry about pounds on an injector on a stock engine unless you are modifying it with a turbo or something similar. see link.
