It doesnt happen every time you start the car, but a couple times a week when you start the car, the fuel gauge, temp gauge and ac compressor does not power up. Checked all fuses and all are good. One particular fuse, a 15 amp, when pulled turns on all instrument cluster light indications and when re-installed, turns all light indicators off except for security indicator and the gauges and compressor start working again. The security indicator resets when the ignition switch is turned off then back on. This morning it failed again. I pulled the fuse and immediately re-installed it and everything started working again. Do I have a bad relay? Thanks for your help.

No, but you may have had a poor connection at that fuse or a cluster starting to fail.

I replaced the fuse with a new one. How would the instrument cluster affect the ac compressor not engaging? If not a relay, how about the body control module? I have been reviewing alot if answers to other questions and the BCM seems to come up often.

That's a possibility too but it's going to require some in depth testing and equipment to find the problem.
