My truck is equipped with a fuel economy system where the transmission drops to lower cylinders while driving. recently I do not see the icon on dash that tells me it shifted to lower cylinder. Is there something I might have turned off accidentally? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Hey Frankbel,

Yes you could have turned this option off, I would look in your owner's manual for this under "economy" or "fuel mileage".

If all checks out run the codes to see if any come up, if there is a code it will not allow this option to work.

Here is a guide that will help you.
