Runs fine then sputters and cuts off. Let it and it will run good then cut off again.

Good morning.

The most common issue for this failure is the ignition module. You can remove it and have it tested for free at a parts store to verify it has failed.
A crankshaft position sensor is another common failure.

When it stalls, does it start right back up or is it extended crank?
