Everything to start with was fine for the most part but was in need of a front-end kit and some ball joints. I decided to replace sway bar bushings, sway bar links, upper control arm, lower control arms, and I’m pretty sure that’s it. Released it from the jack and the whole front end collapsed/smooshed. Everything is stock except for the tires which also have wheel spacers.

Could you post some pictures so we can see the issue? It could be the wrong parts or parts that were not installed correctly. No, real way to tell without seeing the results.

Okay, all of that looks correct. However, you need to look at the torsion bars and their keys. If they were released and then not set correctly the front would drop. It's also possible that the new control arms are wrong, and the torsion bars are not holding in the sockets. Also be sure they are in the correct sides, they are stamped L and R with L being the driver's side. If they are reversed the hex will be located wrong and the front can droop.
