After rear ending another vehicle my wheel now rubs against the rear side of my wheel well in the front

I rear-ended someone my right passenger side was affected. my wheel now rubs against the rear side of my wheel well in the front. there's also a clean break on some kind of bar that goes up to what my wheel bolts onto. I need help.

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you might have broken the lower control arm. Here is a basic tutorial showing what is involved:

I've attached a picture below and put red marks on the lower control arm.If you have looked under your car and can describe on the picture what has broke that can help me more and I can provide more diagrams and information.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello again,

Easy fix! It's not totaled! That is called the lower control arm. It is available at your local auto parts stores so you can save money by not having to go to the Dodge dealer. I've attached a picture from Autozone auto parts stores. If you like I can include step-by-step pictures on how to replace if you're confident and have the proper tools.Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.

I have zero mechanical inclination, but I do have a street mechanic that I've used on not only my avenger, but also my Acura,I trust him... and thank you so much... for real... I'm so in love with my car and I'm sick as heck over my wreck... it was so darn pretty.. thank you for real bro...
