I was opening the hood the fuse box is specifically and the RR DEF relay the defog relay burnout specifically the wire in the middle. Then I just disconnected the battery by changing the wire to make sure that all the fuses are working correctly under the dashboard, but all the gauges didn't start at all tachometer or fuel gauge nothing was working. The problem extended by turning on the front defogger without opening it so whenever I start ignition the front defogger start by self from the beginning before the car from cranking.

Hi,

It sounds like you provided power to the blower motor that is causing it to turn on when you start the vehicle.

I need to know the color of the wire or wires you repaired. Additionally, I need to know if the vehicle has automatic climate control or manual.

If I understand correctly, when you turn the key on, the blower motor turns on and air comes from the defroster. What I would also like you to do is remove 50-amp heater fuse in the under-hood fuse box and see if the blower still turns on. If it does, then we have power from somewhere other than the fuse.

Let me know.

Joe

Automatic climate.

The video shows the rr def: its black and white wire.

I checked where you specified, and the fuses were okay except this one in the blew picture. Even though I fixed it nothing new happen and still front defogger start and it's light blinks and panel fuse if not voltage even though its great condition.

What I noticed that the long light dem all the interior lights and the fuel pump works with the ignition the Camry media screen turned off and on.

When I reconnect the white wire of rr def I found that the relay is not energized always stationary even though I have testing instruments for relays and it shows that the relay in a good condition.

Hi,

Good Lord, that doesn't sound good. Is it possible to let me know what wires you repaired or replaced? Also, I need to know if it has a manual or automatic climate control so I can check what was done and see if there are any reasons for this to happen.

Let me know.

Take care,

Joe

Hi,

I watched the video. I noticed what appeared to be tape on the rear of the panel. Check to make sure nothing is shorting there.

Additionally, the second wire (white) looks burnt, and an additional wire is wrapped with tape to it. Was the white wire that looks charred where the problem was located?

I attached the complete wiring schematic below for the automatic climate control. Take a look through it and let me know if it helps.

Take care,

Joe

Hi,

The schematics aren't designed like that. I can try to find specific circuits. I did find one for the rear defroster which I attached below.

Let me know.

Joe

See pics below. Also, let me know if the power distribution schematics will help. They are extensive, but I would be happy to send them.

I guess the problem is about the starter relay and it's connecting wires if I may get the diagrams for the starter relay.

Hi,

I'm not sure how the defroster and starter relay are connected, but I attached the wiring schematic below for the starter circuit.

I had to cut the page in half to make it readable, but I overlapped the two so you can follow from one to the next.

I hope this helps.

Take care,

Joe
