The front blower motor is not working. I have no power to the front resistor or the blower motor. I have replaced the AC head control unit and the have the same issue. All fuses and relays look good.

If you have no power to the motor then we need to first start with checking what is coming out of the TIPM.

I have included the wiring diagram below and circled the wire that we need to check for power with the blower turned on.

I suspect you are not going to have any voltage here which means the TIPM needs to be replaced.

You actually do not have a fuse specifically for this blower motor. Your vehicle has a Totally Integrated Power Module or TIPM and that has a circuit board that has protected circuitry on it but it doesn't use a traditional fuse. It has a lot of benefits over a fuse box but one of the down sides is if a circuit fails on it then it needs to be replaced.

Below is the diagram we need and the replacement process if this proves out.

Let us know if you have power on this wire and we can go from there. Thanks

This is common when the TIPM goes out which they have a problem with it is easy to replace because it self initialises. Here are the instructions in the diagrams below to help you change it out and fix the issue. I have also included the HVAC wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

I tested both the dark blue wire and the dark blue with pink wire at the TIPM and behind the left drivers side kick panel. The dark blue wire did not have voltage/power with the key in the on or off position. The dark blue with pink wire did have voltage/power with the key on. Could this ne a relay or do you think the TIPM will need to be replaced?

That is pointing to the TIPM being the issue. That wire is your voltage supply circuit for the blower motor so if there is no voltage there with the key on and the blower turned on then the TIPM is the issue. Just make sure the blower was turned on when you tested it.
