If you have no power to the motor then we need to first start with checking what is coming out of the TIPM.

I have included the wiring diagram below and circled the wire that we need to check for power with the blower turned on.
I suspect you are not going to have any voltage here which means the TIPM needs to be replaced.

You actually do not have a fuse specifically for this blower motor. Your vehicle has a Totally Integrated Power Module or TIPM and that has a circuit board that has protected circuitry on it but it doesn't use a traditional fuse. It has a lot of benefits over a fuse box but one of the down sides is if a circuit fails on it then it needs to be replaced.
Below is the diagram we need and the replacement process if this proves out.
