Idle speed is not adjustable on fuel injected engines. It is computer-controlled. High idle is typically caused by a vacuum leak. For a really high idle you should find a pretty big leak like a cracked hose or one that fell off. If you can't hear it to find it with the engine running, spray water on the engine while it's running and still cold, then watch for where it gets sucked in or the engine slows down. You can also pinch off rubber hoses to work your way to the leak.
