I just Bought this van, a few days ago. And when I bought it, it had a upper intake valve leak which the guy I bought it from immediately got it fixed. He also had a complete tune-up, wire change, and all the fluids changed. Then a few days ago I noticed as I stopped at a stop light it began to idle kinda roughly, not major, but more of a pulsating idle and it doesn't act like its going to cut off, it just idles a little rough other than that it runs fine and there are no engine lights on. What could it be?

You may have a vacuum leak, get a can of spray gumout, spray the vac lines and maniflod area, when the idle changes, youve found the leak! You want the engine running and spray on the outside but do direct the stream onto the hoses, if it is a vacuum leak, the engine idle will change speed, then you have detected a leak, repair the vacuum leak and see how it runs!
If that doesnt do it check the IAC.

Idle air control, it's bolted to the throttlebody.
