Engine Performance problem
2001 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my Ford windstar 2001 has a problem I dont know what it is exactley but when I accelarate the vihicle it starts to shake for some reason.I replaced the fuel filter, the spark plugs, the spark plug wires & it still shakes, Either I accelarate or I go up hill.I would like to know the cause and how to fix this problem, would you explain please?

The timing on my car is non-adjustable. My car is a Ford windstar 2001 LX, 3.8 engine, 6 cyl. And it shakes when I accelarate or goes up a hill.
