1995 Ford Windstar Cigar lighting diagram

Hello, that's a start, there is a black wire not shown in the picture, from the bottom of cigar liter, that's just a ground. The fuses shown are in the i/p fuse box, voltage to those fuses comes from the underhood electrical center.
