1999 Ford Truck turns over, but won't start

I have a ACTRON CP9180 diagnostic and everything I put in comes up error. I checked fuses (ok) Truck is a 1999 F-250 with a 7.3 diesel.

Try taking your truck to your local parts store, have them put it on their scanner to make sure the system is okay and eliminate the possibility that your scanner may have problems.
I'm assuming now that your truck "turns over, but won't start" is the glow plug light coming on? Can you hear the globe plug relay circulating? Do you know how to check the glow plug to make sure they are good? Let me know.
