1978 Ford Thunderbird Knock/tapping

I have a 78 Thunderbird with a 351M and I have a weird knocking/tapping coming from the block and it gets quieter when its warm and doesnt get louder when I rev it I have great oil pressure and its not over heating im just stumped

Usually it's a connecting rod, or wrist pin bearing. Could run for many miles like this.

Well I tried to see if it was a rod by taking off one wire at a time but it was still there im not quite sure how to see if its a wrist pen or where to start any help?

My experience on Fords tells me it's the the front cylinder, driver's side.
