1994 Ford Tempo Car stops after 70 KM.

Engine Performance problem
1994 Ford Tempo Two Wheel Drive Manual 250000 miles

I am using above mentioned car at Saudi Arabia. It stops after 70/80 KM running. The operating condition is as below.
1. ambient temp: 45 Deg C
2. engine temperature : 40% of scale (normal zone)
3. AC: on with maximum setting.
4. Passengers: 4 No
5. Car starts after 15 minutes.
6. If AC is kept off, then no problem.

You didn't mention at what speed it quits! and even though the water/engine temp reads normal your underhood temps are much higher due to the evaperator adding additional heat thru the radiator. your ignition module gets the full blast as it is located on front/bottom of distributor which is right behind radiator. overheat it and it will quit. i had a starter that would quit because it was too close to exhaust manifold and got too hot. i used some aluminum foil/empty pie tin between it and manifold and that did the trick. or maybe you could shim/spacer hood hinges so hood is "up" near windsheild this would allow hot air to escape easily. let me know how you do with it. good luck

Thanks for your immidiate responce & time for addresing my CAR problem. Please note that speed is 100 KMPH.

I will do the trick as suggested by you and revert back. thanks once again for the Tip.

One of my friend suggested that due to high temp (+50 Deg C ambient), the fuel tank gets pressurised and leads to air lock in fuel system. according to him i shall not fill Gasolene more than 75 % of capacity when going on long drive (not on camel).
