Could be a failing coil/s, ignition control module, distributor pick-up, crankshaft position sensor, idle air contol valve/stepper motor, and a tired fuel pump.

Subject: Concerning Idling problem while in park
I all that possible? This car only has 38k miles on it. It runs and drives great! But doesn't stay idling long when your in park. This car has never stalled out while driving or sitting at a light. I was told to look into a possible dirty fuel filter, possible bad injector or the throttle position sensor. What do you think?

Yeap! Those components too-to include oxygen sensor/s and EGR

The IACV is the one that maintains the idle I'll look into it 1st. Maybe you should bring it in or get your on scantool and view the live data this will tell you what's happening within the engine electronics control system such as parameters/actuators.
