2004 Ford Taurus Car Dies while moving when A/C is on

This is the second time my car has did while running. It seems to happen when the air conditioner is on full blast. When it happens the check engine and battery light comes on. Of course the engine quits working. It is bad at that point because the car will not steer at all. What could be causing the engine to die while the car is in drive?

First of all thank you so much for your donation. The first thing I would do is go to a auto part's store like auto zone and have your alternator and battery tested.I would also have them read your code's. Let me know what you find.
