I have a 2003 Ford Taurus try starting it up and the engine light and other pictures lighted up on the dash board; it start making a click noise and when I tried to lock the power locks it wouldn't lock.

May have an issue with the vehicle's charging system. Try jumping the battery off. Will need to have battery, battery cables/terminals and the alternator tested/inspected.

If the alternator has failed then the battery may not be receiving charge. Will need to have alt. Tested, most auto part stores will test it for free
