I inspected the roters and they seem fine.
The brake shaking is probably coming from rotors that are out of parallel or otherwise not running true. The ABS and traction control problems may be a result of the brake work that was done.
At this point, I would suggest re-machining the rotors. They can be out of true or out of parallel and the problem will not be visible to visual inspection. While the brakes are apart, inspect the exciter wheel on the axle, and its relationship to the sensor. The exciter wheel is a toothed, round piece of metal that generates the pulses that the sensor reads to indicate the speed of that wheel. The end of the sensor should be close but not touching the exciter wheel. Next, check the wires leading from the sensor to the vehicle wiring harness. Connections should be clean and tight, with no spots rubbing or chafing on the body.
If everything checks out OK, you may have a bad sensor.
