2001 Ford Taurus car vibrating high speed

I did by my self 4 new quick strust, 2 new ball joints, 2 new outer tie rod end, bring shop put in 2 new half shaft and 4 new tie, anligment 2 time bring to dealer force balancing 1 tim stil feel vibrating 65miles up to 80 when I step on gas but when I release gas let it going down 80 to 60 miles I din't fell it vibrating from steering at all. Another question please take car to dealer change coolant flush but I drive home and check I saw coolant was up to top of cap pass max line level is that my car will damage water pump or anythings eles? Thank you

H there,

If you are getting a body only vibration it will be a rear wheel rear end problem, start looking here, as for the coolant, if the engine was hot the coolant has expanded, re check the level in the morning when its cool and adjust to max limit then.
