Engine wont turn over, check the starter it was ok. Could it be hydraulicly locked? From turnin it over.

Hi there,

To check if hydraulic lock is your problem remove the spark plugs and turn the engine over, keep clear of the plugs as if fluid is locking the cylinder it will be ejected with some force, place a towel over the plug holes before cranking it over,
