1998 Ford Taurus idles rough sometimes

I have replaced the iac motor and fixed that problem replaced the spark plugs and wires. When the engine is in drive at a stop light every so often it bucks a little like it wants to stall. Then it comes right back and runs good when it doesn't do that it feels like it bucks just a little like a vibration like it runs just a little off not completly smooth any suggestions.

Has the check engine light ever come on? Also, was the throttle position sensor checked?
