The car cranks fine and run at park and neutral like is new but as soon as you put it gear the car stalls out. Put a different mass flow sensor in and still problem. Going to try tps sensor next then the IAC valve then the range sensor unless you have a better possibilty.

You probably have either the AXOD, AXOD-E or AX4S Ford transmission in your car; ford has had a lot of problem with those.
Start by checking for codes; it may help to pinpoint your problem.
Have you checked your ATF?

You probably need to have a Ford transmission tester connected to your car to troubleshoot your transmission.
You could have a problem with your shift solenoids, OSS Sensor, TCC solenoid, TSS sensor, bad pump bearing. This are just a small list of what may be causing your problem.

Don't waste your money shotgunning parts. Save it to have your car diagnosed at a ford dealer.
If you have a scanner that can read sensors input, check that.

Unless you find a DTC with a scanner to put you in the right direction, I would take it to a dealer to have it inspected.
