My check engine light is on. A mechanic has shown me the computer when he hooks it up and it has shown, a miss in one of the cylinders and "too lean" gas mix. I was told by a shop it was a blown head gasket this mech. Doesn't think so. Have changed plugs, wires and coil. Light still comes on. Car seems to run fine, although the mech can feel the miss.
Question, would the computer say "head gasket" if thats what is was? The original shop said they detected hydro-carbons in the radiator water which meant a blowen head gasket.
