Noises problem
1996 Ford Taurus

for a while now, my car has been squeeling.
i asked a realative to check and see what was wrong with it
he told me that it was my motor belt. But that it was tight enough and just making noises
got it checked out by a couple of more people and they said the same.

i need to know if it is possible to make it stop myself. Maybe a quick way ( do it at home or do it yourself)
or if I need to get it done perfessinaly and how much would it usually cost. On a low budget. The economy is krazy right about now
