1997 Ford Ranger car wont keep charg

My truck willstart if I give it a jump after about 1 minute or so after I take the cables off it starts to sputter then dies I can't give it gas or it will die I bought a new alternater same thing replaced it again same thing I replaced the battery and the battery termanals checked all the alternater fuse's can't seem to find the problem can you help

Do you have battery voltage on the alternator BATT terminal-These fuses below are they okay
