1994 Ford Ranger fuel consumption

I have just changed the intake gaskets as I had fuel in the oil. My gas consumption is still very poor is there some other problem like a sensor bad? And if so wich one as there is alot

First I would like you to check the fuel pressure, im mostly worried about over pressure and leaky injectors since you got that much fuel in with the oil.
