1986 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive 127000 miles

I have 86 ford 4x4 ranger and can't get trouble codes with my Actron Codescanner. The scanner # is CP9015. It also runs very rich until the plugs foul.I have replaced MAP, O2, TPS, COOLANT TEMP, AIR INTAKE sensors. The fuel injectors have been rebuilt and vacum tested the fuel pressure regulater. HELP!

With an 86 you can use a wire and count the flashes on the dash...or use a volt meter with sweep needle(analog)

These conectors are under the hood, usually on the left sidefender apron.
