Leaking convertible top - big suprise

I have a 1999 Mustang convertible that leaks water in the right rear corner, behind the back seat. I think there is a drain in this area that is plugged. Is their a diagram or instruction sheet on how to get to this drain to repair it? The repair manual that I have doesn't cover this problem.
