Let see to start I was checking to see what was ratteling under hood. Sounded like maybe a stuck lifter so I thought I would check on plugs and coils. They seemed ok and working until I broke one off in head. I used an ease out and replaced plug. After that the car ran rough at idle and would stall occasionally. If I got it over 1500 rpm it would run fine but when idle drops back down it would run rough again. What could be wrong? I hate electronic throttles!

Ok did you replace all the plugs or just that one? If just that one then replace the rest of them with the an OE type (meaning what ever brand you like but it stock is platnium then stay with that). I don't like Bosch plugs however I found them to cause a miss in my Mustang. Now with that I would check the cam shaft sensor for the ticking noise you are hearing. Let me know what you find and we will go from there.

OK I need you to do two things. First check for spark. If you have spark then I would like you to unplug the mass air flow meter and see if it will start then. Let me know what you find.
