Either the battery is low or the starter is defective, here is a guide to help you test the battery and if okay I would get another starter motor which is common to get a defective unit form the parts store.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support front of vehicle.
3. Disconnect starter cable from starter.
4. Remove starter motor attaching bolts and the starter.
5. Reverse procedure to install, torque starter retaining bolts to 15-20 ft. lbs.
