Hello. I'd greatly appreciate your help. On warm sunny days with 80+ degrees outside when my engine warms up (doesn't happen when the engines cold or during cold weather), the car will start dying idling way low about 400-500 rpm then I try giving it gas to keep it going and it backirea and pops. Sometimes it's a lost cause and the car dies, so I have to coast into some shade and let it sit for about 10-20 mons before it will start and even begin to go. And sometimes I can smell the gas running rich, with no black smoke though. I have cheled the plugs, distibutor andtiming, the fuel filter was replaced, I don't know what else to do, can you help me?

If you would unplug the mass air flow meter and see if it idles then. Keep in mind it won't have any reall throttle response but thats ok. Just let me know if it will idle correctly ok. see pic below.
