F-250..Cruise Control quit.. speeding ticket awaits!

Im probably not going to be any help, but wasnt there a recall on f250 cruise controls, because of a malfunction with it going nutty? Ive been looking at info on my 99' and im going to check it out. You should too. I think it said cars built between 98 and 99, Since yours is a 00, it might have been affected.

I just got a recall last week on My 1999 Explorer about a recall on the cruise control switch. . The list was a mile long Besides Explorers it had pickup trucks. Can cause strange things and some fires have been reported.
